Susan tells me:
Head Gardener Elliot Forsyth has developed the garden into something special.

'I was greatly inspired by Piet Oudolf (the leading Dutch proponent of the style),' Forsyth says. 'Eight years ago I went to see his garden in Hummelo, and to see the famous German gardens at Weihenstephan and Hermannshof and the Westpark in Munich; it was then that I was able to see the full potential.'
