Date taken:- 30/10/2016 2016-07-14 This is Weigela florida French Lace (='Brigela') with more Nepeta racemosa 'Walkers Low'. It is Nov 9 and I had my first heavy ground frost 2 nights ago, yet both of the above plants are still blooming today, though obviously not as robustly.
